I'm sure most of us trial watchers aren't surprised that Drew Peterson's trial is delayed. I'm also not surprised that the defense team is challenging the new state "hearsay" laws. Challenging the law alone could take months upon months. Hopefully Peterson will stay put during that time, and stay in jail where (IMO) he belongs.
