Rebels kidnapped Libyan Prime Minister Ali  Zeidan at dawn Thursday and took him to an undisclosed location, his spokeswoman  told CNN. Residential building collapses in India

At least one person was killed after a residential building collapsed in New Delhi on Wednesday, authorities said. The four-story building, located in the northern part of the city, was more than 50 years old, New Delhi's fire chief A.K. Sharma said. Fatalities, injuries reported in Tennessee highway wreck

A wreck Wednesday involving a tractor-trailer, tour bus and passenger vehicle resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries, the Tennessee Highway Patrol said. The wreck occurred about 40 miles east of Knoxville on Interstate 40 westbound near the 423 mile marker, said Tennessee Department of Safety spokeswoman Dalya Qualls.
