As Tropical Storm Isaac took aim at New Orleans, Typhoon Bolaven barreled into the Korean peninsula, putting the Seoul, South Korea, under a typhoon warning. Outside of the capital, the storm’s outer bands were already dumping heavy rain in parts of the country. Monday night, strong winds battered Gwangju, as seen in this video from Jason Morrow, out in the storm.
