Cannon) from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. The highlight of this Saturday's year-round launch is a snout to tail pork tasting featuring dishes prepared by some of the city's best chefs, including Rick Bayless, Paul Kahan, Paul Virant, Sarah Stegner and LTHForum co-founder Gary Wiviott.
