Former Ohio Representative (and Bush OMB Director, and US Trade Representative) Rob Portman has brought in plenty of coin over the first quarter, enough to make jaws drop around the state. The Republican former congressman and Bush administration official from Cincinnati will announce today that he's raised more than $1.7 million this quarter and has more than $3 million in his campaign account.
