I just flew back from Uganda—and boy, are my arms tired! (Sorry, couldn’t resist.) And my face was a disaster. My skin was dry in some spots from dehydrating plane rides and oily in others from sunscreen overload (I slathered on SPF 75 the whole time I was there), plus my pores were clogged with East African dirt (there’s red dust everywhere there).
