The Senate Budget and Appropriations committee takes their turn today holding three hearings to examine proposed FY 2011 department budgets. First up at 9:30am is the Department of Health and Senior Services. Next will be Bob Martin testifying on behalf of the Department of Environmental Protection. There is no doubt plenty to discuss as Martin unveiled plans to reorganize the department and named much of his high ranking staff.
