Jazz, Lakers, NBA Injuries, Playoffs Lakers center Andrew Bynum left the fourth quarter of Friday's series-clinching win at Oklahoma City with an apparent knee injury, an unfortunately familiar story. Bynum underwent an MRI, and the Lakers announced today the center has a small tear in the anterior horn of his lateral meniscus. The injury will not require immediate surgery.
