The Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, Tennessee will draw tens of thousands of people from all over the southeast this weekend. Butts County sheriff’s deputies said they have not had such a good experience with some of the concert goers.
Last year on a routine traffic stop, a deputy discovered more than 100 pounds of pot brownies packaged for sale at the concert.
