Mother And Grandmother Allegedly Pimped Out 14-Year-Old Girl As Prostitute To Help Pay For “Living Expenses”
Houston, Texas (The Weekly Vice) - Elizabeth Buford, 55, and her daughter Alicia Melchor, 33, were arrested Tuesday after they allegedly pimped out Melchor's 14-year-old daughter as a prostitute to help pay for "living expenses."
According to the Harris County District Attorney's Office, a 14-year-old girl was picked up Tuesday after police saw her "working" the street in a low-rent district in Houston.
