College Football awards are being handed out Thursday night, with Oklahoma State's Justin Blackmon winning the Biletnikoff Award, given to the nation's best wide receiver. Blackmon was a completely dominant force this season, tying an NCAA record by amassing 100 yards receiving and a touchdown in 11 games.
