On Friday morning, Mayor Vincent Gray along with the International AIDS Society (IAS) announced that the 2012 XIX International AIDS Conference will be held here in Washington, D.C. The dates for the conference are July 22nd to the 27th. The conference will bring more than 20,000 delegates from nearly 200 countries. It is the first one held in the United States since 1990.
