Gratitude, How often do you practice it?

Although I meditate daily, and try to bring my awareness back constantly during the course of a day I find that longer meditations begin a certain clarity that cannot be found in my shorter daily meditations. So this weekend I finally found a new Sangha where I was able to do a three and half hour meditation with a talk on Right Intention/Right Thought. Although this was the topic for the day, I came out of it with a completely different topic.
