Following a dinner date in Malibu over the weekend, the couple was taking a stroll down the beach when their heard a reception playing one of Justin's songs and figured, hey, let's stop by! A guest at the party tells Perez Hilton that Bieber "took the microphone, congratulated the newlywed couple, and said a few nice words, while posing for a series of pictures with his fans.
