HBO's newest hit, Game of Thrones, is in the beginning stages of shooting its second season. The show, an adaptation of George R.R. Martin's acclaimed "A Song of Ice and Fire" fantasy novels, had a tremendously successful first season, and with a show where no one is safe, casting is an ongoing process. HBO just added another big piece, as well as a small one, of season two's narrative pie.
