Phoenix, Arizona (The Weekly Vice) - Vincent Michael Tarvin, a 25-year-old Phoenix man was jailed Tuesday after he allegedly walked into a telemarking business, pulled out his penis, and told the employees that it was "time to get to work". According to Phoenix police, Tarvin entered a local telemarketing business, where about 12 employees were working. He then pulled his shorts and underwear down to his ankles and exposed his penis.
