Pennsylvania: Leaning Dem? A GOP poll says "yes"
Up is down, and down is up in the world of horserace politics this week. A Republican pollster says President Obama is up double digits in Pennsylvania, even after other pollsters (including our partners at PPP) had the state considerably closer. And after his best national polling week in months, USA Today/Gallup tosses a pitcher of cold water on the president, saying he would be trailing Mitt Romney if the election were held today.
