Guidance For Clinical Commissioning Groups On How To Manage Potential Conflicts Of Interests

The RCGP Centre for Commissioning and the NHS Confederation released a collaborative publication providing guidance for Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) on how to manage potential conflicts of interests. According to both organizations, ill-managed conflicts could lead to serious consequences and have the potential to badly undermine regulators, providers, and patients' confidence in the system.
