The "Big Bang Theory" actress happily said "yes" when her addiction specialist fiance Josh 'Lazie' Resnik recently popped the question.
While they do plan to spend the rest of their days together, the couple has not yet set a wedding date.
The news comes after Kaley and Josh sparked engagement rumors at the Golden Globe Awards back in January after Miss Cuoco wore a huge ring on her wedding finger.
