Flags around Charleston seem to cause a lot of trouble. Besides the "Confederate" flag aka Rebel flag, Battle Flag, Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia and so on issue there are a number of people who take issue with our United States flag and how and were it is flown.Flying any flag incorrectly stirs up a lot of emotion. A few years back incorrectly flying the National Flag of Canada, nearly sparked an international incident in Ft Mill South Carolina.
