Herman Cain's withering presidential campaign is completely collapsing in the polls, with a new poll of Iowa voters showing that just 8 percent of Hawkeye State Republicans back his campaign.
The Des Moines Register finds that over the course of the last week, Cain has been hurt by new allegations that he was engaged in a 13-year affair with a Georgia businesswoman and public reconsideration of whether he would remain in the race:
