Indianapolis needs a future at the position, and Luck has been touted as the best quarterback prospect since Peyton Manning. No brainer. 2. St. Louis Rams — Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma State Most expect this pick to be traded to the highest bidder with intent to draft Robert Griffin III.
