RIM Offers Programmers Free BlackBerry Tablets for Their Apps

Research In Motion wants programmers to make apps for the BlackBerry PlayBook so badly that it's handing out the tablets for free. Oddly, the PlayBook giveaway could have less to do with the tablet than it does with future BlackBerry smartphones.
