Copies of a sex tape involving John Edwards and his former mistress Rielle Hunter will be destroyed within 30 days, following the settlement of her lawsuit over its ownership. Hunter sued former Edwards aide Andrew Young and his wife in 2010 over the tape and other personal items left behind in a home of theirs where she lived. The Youngs also agreed not to discuss the tape.
