New Houston Astros general manager Jeff Luhnow isn't in the best position to be criticizing the Texas Rangers, given, well, he's overseeing the Houston Astros. On top of that, the Astros will find themselves in the same division as the Rangers in 2013. But Luhnow certainly isn't shy about expressing his feelings.
