It's not brain surgery at this point, but CNN is officially calling Washington state for Mitt Romney. We have a race between Rick Santorum and Ron Paul for second place, but Spokane, which went for Paul in a big way in 2008 and hasn't yet reported any results today, should probably push Paul over the top for number two.
I think we're about to see Romney sew up the race on Super Tuesday, with the Santorum and Gingrich campaigns fizzling out over the remainder of March.
