Are Chelsea Content with the Annual Managerial Dismissal and Appointment?

It seems as though, as the years go by, Chelsea are constantly firing their manager around the same time of the year based upon a poor run of results. Needless to say, "it's that time of the year." After a very disappointing defeat to West Brom, Andre Villas-Boas looks as though he will be packing his bags soon. Possibly as soon as Tuesday, based upon the FA Cup tie result.
