Today is a momentous occasion here at Hardly Art HQ.; on this day in 2007, we were welcomed into this world with a blinding flash of light, the first intoxicating rush of oxygen into our lungs, and a gentle pat on the tush from the kindly midwifes at Sub Pop records. We like to think we've come a long way in the past half-decade, and our annual output of music has increased by—what, 200 percent? 500? A billion? And trust us when we say that the best is yet to come.
