E.S. Jay Inslee, all in. At a press conference earlier this afternoon announcing that he's stepping down from Congress to devote himself full time for the race for governor, Democrat Jay Inslee said he decided to make the move because he needs to be "where I can do the most good."
That place, he said, is in Washington State, full time, talking to people "from Hoquim to Humptulips, from Starbuck to Sequim.
