Francis "Coyote" Shivers, the ex-husband of NCIS star Pauley Perette, was booked today on a misdemeanor warrant for violation of a restraining order. The LAPD Hollywood Division would not confirm that the restraining order was taken out by Perrette herself, or elaborate on the events that unfolded. Shivers is currently being held on $100,000 bail, however. Pauley's ex, who also goes by his indie rocker nickname "Coyote", has been feuding with her for years and has taken it upon himself to post negative comments and legal documents on his Tumblr account regarding Perrette.
