This is a shot of Dubai's man-made 'The World' archipelago (and Palm Islands, lower left) as photographed by André Kuiper aboard the International Space Station yesterday. As you can see, it serves as a reminder that, no matter how much money you throw at something, it still might turn out looking like shit.
