As shown, natural gas (UNG) ranks first at -21.04%, followed by the gold miners (GDX), Spain (EWP), Italy (EWI), clean energy (PBW) and oil & gas (IEO). As you can see, the majority of the most oversold ETFs are either international or energy/material related.
