Obama greets Romney into the general election with 'Reagan Rule'

Obama speaks about "Buffett Rule" surrounded by rich dudes and their secretaries (Larry Downing/Reuters) How do you know President Barack Obama has latched on to a winning issue? Just look at where he promotes it (Florida), how aggressively he's pushing it (very much so), and how loudly Republicans are howling about it (loudly). Given the competence of Obama's campaign, it's clear that the issue polls well.
