Vacation isn't the ideal time to start counting calories, but for hotel guests still preparing for bikini season, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts doesn't see why you shouldn't have your cocktail and lose weight too. Its "skinny drink" initiative has encouraged bartenders at several of its hotels and restaurants to offer drinks with fewer calories and healthier ingredients this spring.
