According to CNN, eleven of President Obama's Secret Service detail are under investigation for improper conduct while protecting the president in Cartagena, Colombia, in town for the Summit of the Americas. The men in question reportedly solicited prostitutes, and there was a dispute in the hotel room over payment.
Prostitution is illegal in Colombia; the country, however, has certain zones where such activity is overlooked.
