Anders Behring Breivik has pleaded not guilty and rejected the authority of the court on the first day of his trial for killing 77 people in Norway last summer 9.57am: The court has resumed after a short break. Before the prosecutor began, the judge warned that there would be "very strong images" of the events of 22 July 2011. The judge said these images would not be broadcast on television (the trial is being televised) and so said the prosecutor should give plenty of notice before the video is to be screened 9.
