Brian Lamb is retiring this year, but not surprisingly the phenomenon he created goes on without skipping a beat -- confirming his genius and his humility. Thankfully C-SPAN veteran Susan Swain takes the helm, and the flame. And the fabulous Steve Scully is still on hand, guiding guests and callers to common ground.
