Thanks to Nolan Fans, we've got this screenshot of the Warner Bros. Pictures Exhibitor site which confirms that the new trailer for The Dark Knight Rises will hit 3D, 2D and IMAX theaters with Marvel's The Avengers on May 4th.
It's not the first time a Christopher Nolan film has been advertised in front of a non-Warner Bros. movie. The third trailer for The Dark Knight debuted with Iron Man in 2008 and the final trailer for Inception played with Iron Man 2 in theaters in 2010.
