Roberto Mancini Says Manchester United Will Win Title Even If City Win the Derby

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini says his side have "no chance to win" the Premier League title despite closing the gap with Manchester United on Sunday. City moved within three points of the Red Devils at the top of the table following their 2-0 win at Wolverhampton. United dropped points with a 4-4 draw against Everton. But Mancini took a doggedly pessimistic approach to his team's chances.
