Iranian student association Daftar Tahkim Vahdat and alumni association Advar Tahkim Vahdat have joined with Shirin Ebadi, Nobel Peace Prize laureate and head of the Defenders of Human Rights Center, along with numerous other groups, in a new campaign to call for the release of imprisoned students in Iran.
The campaign, “Speak Up for Imprisoned Students,” is aimed at spreading the voices of imprisoned Iranian students and students banned from continuing their education throughout the world.
