Even though Andrew Luck and RGIII are clearly the two most talented signal-callers in the 2012 draft, Ryan Tannehill is the player that has sparked the most debate. Tannehill was actually listed as a wide receiver until he moved to quarterback halfway through his junior season, which is the position he was originally recruited as.
