Café-Tasse Noir (Dark) Belgian chocolate bars with the best-before date of "15 SEPT 2013" because they may contain traces of milk, an allergen not listed on the package label. No adverse reactions have been reported. The recalled chocolate was distributed in VA, MA, WA and CA from January 2012 through mid-April 2012 and was sold in retail stores.
