Derrick Rose is out for the rest of the NBA playoffs, the Olympics and possibly some of next season with a torn ACL. It was a contact-free injury and because of that coach Tom Thibodeau is catching some heat about keeping Rose in the game so late. It's unfair and he shouldn't be the scapegoat here. It would be foolish to ever blame a coach for a specific injury like this.
