American Idol host Ryan Seacrest has relisted his Hollywood Hills estate for $11.985 million, chopping nearly $3 million off the asking price from late 2010, when it listed for $14.95 million. The house, which Seacrest refers to as Casa di Pace, or the House of Peace, was designed by Jeff Andrews (who also designed Khloe Kardashian's home). The house's listing describes it as "The crown jewel of the Hollywood Hills.
