One day after the Washington Redskins released wide receiver Jabar Gaffney, he returned to the team he called home for two and a half seasons, the New England Patriots. According to a post by Jason La Canfora on NFL.com, the Patriots signed Gaffney to a two-year deal. The terms of the contract have not been disclosed. As I wrote yesterday, this wasn't a move the Patriots needed to make, but it was obviously one they were considering.
