Sony has officially released the third & likely final trailer for Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man, also showing on Avengers this weekend, along with The Dark Knight Rises third & final trailer. It's honestly best to see this thing in 3D, because it has some amazing shots that will really pop in the third dimension. The trailer follows the second and first teaser for the new Spidey, starring Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, Denis Leary and Sally Field.
