That billboard that you're looking at above is a real billboard. It's actually on display right now, over the Eisenhower Expressway in Chicago — according to the Guardian — courtesy of the Heartland Institute.
That's Ted Kaczynski, better known as the "Unabomber" and for his 20-year mail bombing campaign. The Heartland Institute has never been shy about its stance on climate change, but this is insane.
