In the main event of UFC on Fox 3: "Diaz vs. Miller" last night (Sat., May 5, 2012) at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Nate Diaz submitted Jim Miller in the second round of their 155-pound showdown. And he earned himself a title shot in the process. That was confirmed by UFC President Dana White at the UFC on FOX 3 post-fight press conference. Initially, it looked as though Anthony Pettis would swoop in and an unofficial mini tournament would be held.
