Rick Carlisle To Sign Contract Extension With Dallas Mavericks, According To Report

Dallas Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle is expected to sign a long-term contract extension that will keep him as the team's coach for the foreseeable future, according to Brad Townsend of the Dallas Morning-News. It remains unclear how long Carlisle will stay with the team, but his contract was set to expire on July 1. Carlisle has been with the Mavericks since the 2008-09 season.
