A family of five in Parker County, Texas was arrested after authorities discovered they had 58 dogs in their small home who had been completely neglected. Thirty-one of them were discovered in crates coated with their own urine and feces, and the others were just running around without any access to food. The police were tipped off by a neighbor who could smell the decay and dishevelment from the street.
